1) Awaiting Inbound — the parcel has not reached the warehouse yet. Items and recipient can be edited. If tracking shows delivery but the status does not change, contact us.

2) Inbound Complete — scanned in at the warehouse. Only the recipient can be edited; item details are locked.

3) Weighing (packing) — with auto-packing, or once you approve the intake photos, we weigh and pack the parcel and send a quote. Nothing can be changed from this stage on.

4) Awaiting Payment — waiting for your payment after weighing.

5) Verifying Payment — we verify the payment and approve it.

6) Awaiting Dispatch — packed parcels are bundled for the truck or plane and wait to be loaded.

7) Dispatched — your parcel has left the warehouse.

※ Changes outside these rules are not possible as a rule. Exceptions are handled by support only where feasible, on the condition that delays and damage are not our liability, and incur an extra handling fee (from ₩1,400).
