1. Personal data we collect
At sign-up we collect your email, password, name and mobile number. When you use package forwarding we additionally collect the personal customs clearance code and recipient address needed for customs. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.
2. Why we collect and use it
We use the data only to identify and verify members, to provide the forwarding, purchasing and payment services, to complete customs procedures, to answer your enquiries, and to run group buying and its settlement.
3. How long we keep it
Your personal data is destroyed as soon as you close your account, except where the Company must retain it for the period set by applicable law, such as consumer protection legislation for e-commerce.
4. Sharing with third parties
As a rule the Company does not share your personal data externally. Exceptions are data provided to customs and related authorities for clearance, cases where you have consented in advance, and cases required by law.
5. Your rights
You may view and correct your registered personal data at any time, and you may withdraw your consent to its collection and use by closing your account.
