Frequently asked questions
How do I request package forwarding?
First have your parcel delivered to our warehouse address. Then go to My Page › Forwarding request, pick the items we received, and enter the destination country and address.
What is the difference between buying and forwarding?
With the buying service we purchase the item from the store on your behalf. With package forwarding you buy it yourself, have it delivered to our warehouse address, and we forward it to the recipient.
How is shipping cost calculated?
We charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 6000). Rates differ by warehouse and shipping method (air, sea, LCL). You can estimate it in Guide › Shipping rates before you order.
Where can I track my parcel?
Check 'Recent shipments' on your My Page dashboard, or the Forwarding › Status page for live updates. Once a parcel is received, its local tracking number links straight to 17TRACK.
Can several parcels be packed into one box?
Yes. On the Storage page, select the items held at the warehouse and request dispatch together — consolidating them into one box lowers your shipping cost. Only items in the same warehouse going to the same recipient can be combined.
Why is a personal customs code needed?
Imports into Korea require the recipient's own personal customs clearance code (PCCC). It is issued free of charge by Korea Customs (UNI-PASS). For other destinations we ask for that country's tax or customs number instead, if one is required.
When would I use the payment service?
When a store does not accept your card. Request the payment service and our staff will pay the seller on your behalf.
What happens if damage or a wrong option is found at intake?
If our inspection finds damage or anything that needs your decision, the order card on My Page is flagged as an issue and you choose how to proceed — ignore, fix, or return.
