Terms of service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Last Mile (the "Company") and its users in connection with the use of the services the Company provides — package forwarding, proxy purchasing, proxy payment, inventory storage and group buying (the "Services").
Article 2 (Scope of the Services)
The Company provides a package forwarding service that receives, inspects and consolidates goods you bought, at an overseas warehouse, and ships them to your country; a proxy purchasing service that buys goods from local stores on your behalf; and a proxy payment service that pays on your behalf on sites where you cannot pay directly.
Article 3 (Membership)
You apply for membership by completing the Company's sign-up form and agreeing to these terms, and the Company accepts your application to use the Services. You warrant that the information you provide at sign-up is accurate and up to date.
Article 4 (Customs and duties)
Customs duties, VAT and other taxes on imported goods are payable by you, and you are responsible for supplying the personal information required for customs clearance (such as a personal customs clearance code). The Company is not liable for consequences arising from bringing in prohibited or restricted items.
Article 5 (Limitation of liability)
The Company is not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond its ordinary control, such as natural disasters, air or sea transport conditions, or customs delays. The Company remains liable, in accordance with applicable law, for damage caused by its intent or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Changes to these terms)
The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law. Amended terms are announced on the service screens, stating the effective date and what has changed.
