Write a new return request
Enter the items to return (collect) and the pickup address. We arrange collection once it is received.
To return an order already at the warehouse, use pick from existing orders — this form is for a new return (collection request) unrelated to an existing request.

Pickup details
Enter the address we should collect the items from. A personal customs code is only needed if the return has to clear customs on the way out.
Required for imports into Korea. Issued free by Korea Customs (UNI-PASS).

Upload the return waybill the seller issued, as an image or PDF. We print it at the warehouse and stick it on the return box.Up to 8MB per file. Images are downscaled automatically (PDFs are not — convert a large PDF to an image).
